High pure Magnesia

Our company supplies dead-burned magnesia system products, including highly pure magnesia, medium magnesia and conventional magnesia, which contains MgO from 90% to 98%. Meanwhile we product electric-fused magnesia, electric-fused iron-chrome clinker and burned magnesite-iron clinker, MgO-CaO clinker, MgO-Cr2O3 clinker and so forth to meet with the requirement of internal and external markets.

The high pure magnesia produced by our company introducing internal and external advanced techniques, using natural magnesite through ore dressing, light firing, finely milled and balling, then burned in vertical furnaces at high temperature with oil. The products contains MgO: 97.5%-98%, BD>=3.30 g/cm3, C/S>2. Our products have high prestige internal and external markets.

Medium Magnesia

The medium magnesia produced by our company has two types. Both magnesia contains light fired magnesia powder (MgO 95%-99%). They are fired and pressed to balls in vertical furnace (using oil). The products is goodly burned, and have high density. They are used as high-duty raw material in producing magnesia products.

The medium magnesia is divided to two types: oil firing and coke firing products. The coke firing magnesia used light fired magnesia as raw material (MgO>97%), BD>3.20 g/cm3; oil firing magnesia uses 95%-96% MgO as raw material, BD>=3.25 g/cm3. They are high-duty raw material.

Conventional Magnesia

They are produced using magnesite (MgO≥46%) as raw material. They are fired using metallurgical coke as fuel in vertical furnaces of high temperature. All the brands of metallurgical clinker and making brick clinker is highly welcomed by users.
